Getting a SiteImp report is easy! Start by sending a message - Greg will reply, make sure he understands your needs and you'll schedule a time to run the report. The scheduling part is important because SiteImp is mostly automated and it hits your website repeatedly until it has analyzed every page. It's better to run tasks like that when you don't have many customers - they might slow things down a little, especially if you're on shared hosting.
When you agree on a time to run the tests and receive the final report, you'll get an invoice.
